		<description>Great opportunity! However, talking lately to my parents I realized how hard these opportunities are to get. And the challenge is not coming from EU itself. The challenge is coming from here. 
MY father is running an innovative eco-friendly business. For sure, this project could be an option for him. Three obstacles:
1) no one in my village has knowledge about writing these kind of programs
2) my father&#039;s business is not a very structured one, but rather a project of one man&#039;s idea, which makes it harder to finance
3) there is no one here knowledgable enough to manage the support once it is provided

Im positive long-term solutions exist (e.g. me coming back &amp; taking up these tasks), however, on a short-run quite a lot of small but potential projects in Ukraine are left out because of those simple reasons. 

Ukraine needs extensive Talent Management !</description>
